Sizing (important!):
 Rings: We use UK ring sizes. If you know your exact ring size, this is the size you’ll fill out while you are putting in the order. If you are at all unsure of your size, please arrange a consultation with us, or visit any local jeweller: they will to measure your ring size for free (and its quick!), ​this is the most reliable way. Unfortunately, Mapula Designer can’t be held responsible for inaccurate sizes: please make sure you are absolutely certain of your ring size!

*Please note, if ordering a few rings, the more rings worn on one finger, the tighter they will end up fitting.

Bracelets: Our bracelets come in average sizes – 19cm for women and 21cm for men. If you need a larger or smaller bracelet, then please specify in our “contact” box, on the checkout page, when placing your order.

Care:
 Our Mapula Design jewellery is made to be worn, but we advise taking good care if your jewellery while wearing it, and to regularly rotate any jewellery you wear! All the jewellery we make is manufactured from quality materials. Sometimes however, do naturally develop a certain sheen over time due to coming into prolonged contact with oxygen, a variety of materials, and skin. Different people’s skins have different types of acidity, so your jewellery will always reacts to your own specific set of wearing conditions.
To clean your jewellery, you can use an old soft toothbrush, hot water and sunlight liquid/ ammoniac to lightly scrub over the surface. Rinse briefly in clean hot water and dry the jewellery piece in a soft cloth.

Rush Jobs:
 If you do happen to be in a big rush (maybe you forgot a birthday or anniversary: it happens to the best of us) and want something specific and fast, don’t hesitate to get in touch! 
If it is at all possible to help you, we’ll do our utter best. If we need to schedule you into the manufacturing, we’ll charge you a rush fee: this fee will vary, according to your specific request. We love helping, so your always welcome to try your luck!

Packaging & Shipping

 If you’re not colleting you jewellery from us, we will send you your package via courier: we’ll ask for a day-time address where someone will be able to receive the package, as well as a contact number during check out. The courier is almost always next-delivery, so once we finish manufacturing, you’ll have your pieces soon after.

Pricing:

Prices may change due to the fluctuations in the precious metal and stone market. Our collection prices can be viewed under the individual jewellery.

Our commission jewellery we price normally price in Rand (South Arican Rand)

Payment Options:

Mapula Designer Jeweller accepts payment with via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). 

Returns:
 Our returns policy lasts two weeks. If two weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back to us by courier. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Jewellery with obvious signs of use, scratching, chipping, etc.
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than two weeks after delivery

Shipping your returns:
 To return your product, you should courier your product to: Mapula Designer Jewellery, Boekenhoutbult, Jachtpad Road, Mooketsi, Limpopo 0825, South Africa. If you make use of South African Postal Service, we cannot guarantee we will receive your product nor that you will be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable):
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (where applicable):
 We only replace items if there is a manufacturing defect or damage caused on our side within 6 months of purchase. Mapula Designer  Jeweller is made to be worn, and we take pride in our craftsmanship: it should last you many years. However, we unfortunately can’t monitor the usage of your jewellery, and so we cannot guarantee it indefinitely.
